The group was formed in 1994 and celebrated its first appearance at the grand opening of The Luxor Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, and as the closing act for the American Superstars Production Show.

Following an eighteen month run, they appeared in the same show in Biloxi, Misissippi at the Casino Magic Hotel for six months, returning to Las Vegas for the opening of The Stratosphere Hotel & Casino for another eighteen month run.

From 1997 to 2000, they were part of the Legends In Concert Show at the Imperial Palace Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas and Myrtle Beach performing a tribute to the Four Tops.

From 2000 to 2002, they thrilled International audiences performing in Europe as part of the production show Stars In Concert.

In September of 2002, their own show "Fourever Tops" ran for four months at the Le Bistro Theatre in the Riviera Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

Versatile in their performance, Fair Play has also performed tributes to , The Temptations, Drifters, Ojays, Spinners, and the music of the 50's, as well as the latest top forty selections.
