It all started when Gwen ( Cyn Acevedo) joined a rock a rock cover band in 2004. Some of the songs she sang with that band included No Doubt covers. She soon found she did a great impression of Gwen Stefani so she decided to start her own cover band figuring "Why not make it a tribute to the coolest females fronted band yet? ... No Doubt."

Tom (Greg Ramirez) was then recruited as lead guitartist. Greg had been working with Cyn in an orginal band. Cyn noticed how good he was at picking up songs note for note and knew he'd be an amazing asset to the No Doubt tribute band.

Tony ( Ryan Triollo) then joined. He was also recruited from an original band. "Ryan has a great sense of rhythem. His bass playing grooves and that's exactly what we needed."- Cyn stated.

With Adrian (Jermy hoeing) on drums they now embody No Doubt. Jeremy's solid beats drive the energy of the band. RockSteady is sure to be the truest No Doubt Tribute band. They play all the hits and then some. With songs ranging from No Doubts' early days to Gwen Stefani's solo career. Cyn Acevedo is Gwen Stefani while on stage. The band looks, feels and sounds like the real thing.

The RockSteady show includes costume changes ranging from the Tragic Kingdom era to the last (RockSteady)era. There also includes a No Doubt trivia portion of the show with prizes for winning fans. The crowd is always included in the show. Gang vocals are a must in songs like "Just a Girl", "Sunday Morning" and "Sweet Escape". In the RockSteady show you'll get to witness the breakup and makeup of No Doubts Gwen and Tony while receiving flowers from Gwen too.
